Sharon Taylor, the Labour and Co-Operative Party candidate for Stevenage, has welcomed the news that 93% of hospital patients would recommend the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust to friends and family.
Over a three-month period the Trust, which runs Lister Hospital in Stevenage, asked 6,500 patients to give on-the-spot feedback.
Sharon Taylor said,
“It’s great that so many patients at the Lister Hospital would recommend it. I saw for myself the hard work and dedication that the staff there put in when my dad had surgery last year and I have nothing but praise for all of them. The effort they put in everyday, combined with the huge government investment that has already begun means our local hospital can only go from strength to strength.”
